Just saw that ko ouch is about all i can say. found a place that had it went ahead and watched the fights and skipped all the commercials and all that. Im wanting to spoil it for biggin real bad but cant do it.
didnt watch it, card was average at best.....heard vera may have won

I think Vera may have got taken on this one. He landed some Vicious kicks on Randy. Then got a takedown and mount on him. I dunno I actually started pulling for Vera.
yeah i woulda gave it to vera, did more damage and got a takedown and passed, but still a boring fight.
no one really did a whole lot to try and win tho
In my eyes the Randy Couture Vs. Brandon Vera decison wasn't all that controversial. Randy pressed him against the cage and wore him out. After the second round vera was completely gased. he had a kick to the ribs and a takedown. NEITHER of which he capitalized on. Randy dominated the third round, and the first two were anybody's round. even though randy controlled most of the first. If Vera wanted it that bad, after the kick to the ribs he shouldn't have just laid on top of him and took a rest. I know I'll get some "You're an idiot." comments off of this. But if you understand the concept of wrestling and grappling then you understand just HOW much it takes out of you. So as I said. Don't believe it was that controversial.
its the fact that randy did nothing while he had vera on the cage.
it was super close, i dont think its that controversial, couture could have easily won, but he did nothing offensively the whole fight.
vera did more damage, and got the most dominant position of the fight when he mounted him
